Buy from those who are committed to sustainability, cruelty-free/vegan, reducing waste, fair labor practices, using ethically-sourced materials, and giving back.
4. SHOP SMALL AND LOCAL
By doing so, it helps to support small businesses, stimulate local economies, and reduce your carbon footprint through less travel.
5. CHOOSE ORGANIC AND CONSUME LESS MEAT
Organic farming practices reduce pollution and soil erosion, increase soil fertility, and enhance biodiversity. This is also better for animals as well as people who live close to farms.
Eating less meat and shifting to a more plant-based diet is essential to combating climate change, soil, air and water pollution, deforestation, and other problems caused by industrial livestock production.
