We offer Free Standard shipping and returns on U.S. orders! Expedited shipping is available for purchase. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering; however, some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Shipping in the U.S. is typically 3-7 business days.

Shipping to Canada is available. Shipping to the rest of the world is unavailable at this time.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, 337 BRAND will offer a refund or exchange on purchases returned within 30 days from date of receipt.

Simply contact us at Support@337Brand.com and we will send you a RMA number authorizing your request along with a Return/Exchange Authorization form. All you have to do is fill it out and email us the completed form (paperless, baby!). A return label will be provided for you to print and add to the package. Ship it out and that's it.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. A tracking number must be included in the return to ensure delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were sold. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We can exchange the same item(s) for a different color or size. 

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days (often sooner). Charges related to shipping are not refundable (if applicable). We will send you an email when your refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Promotions, discounts and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
