SHIPPING & RETURNS
We’re happy to offer Free Standard shipping on all continental U.S. orders! This excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, United States territories and possessions (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico), and the United States Virgin Islands.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering, however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
International Shipping is available via USPS and UPS. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
337 BRAND will offer a refund or exchange on purchases returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Any item(s) received after 30 days will not be accepted. Please contact 337 BRAND via e-mail at Support@337Brand.com for questions or issues regarding your order. Shipping will be reimbursed only if we incorrectly sent you the wrong item(s) (i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were sold. It must also be in the original packaging with all hang tags and stickers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately promotions, discounts and sale items cannot be refunded.
We can only exchange the same items for a different color or size. To proceed with exchange, please send us an email at Support@337Brand.com. After you will receive a reply (within 24 hours) authorizing your exchange, we will then instruct you on how to proceed with the exchange.
